I have more than one order outstanding and want you to combine them.

We're sorry, but no. However, in order to keep our customers' shipping costs as low as possible, whenever we ship anything to a customer from a particular order, we also check all their other orders to see if anything else is available to be shipped together.

The reason we don't allow this at this time is because we assign merchandise to customers in the order in which they originally placed their orders. Combining orders changes the order dates and therefore the priority that stock gets assigned, and we want to keep things fair for everybody, since so much of the merchandise we handle is available only in limited quantities.

So when you place your order, try to put everything you want onto one order rather than breaking up it up into smaller pieces if you're concerned about keeping shipping costs as low as possible. Note that your order won't be shipped until everything is available (or you request shipping), so doing this will slow shipment of your order if there are hard-to-find items on it.
