This item is a completed and painted, fixed-pose figure. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.

The light novel series "Samurai Girl" is yet another example of "Japanese historical figures reimagined as cute high-school girls." Here's Yagyu Jubei, now an adorable redhead ready for action with her swords close at hand! Sculptor Mirano lavished this 22cm-tall figure with amazing details, like the intricate carving in her hair ornaments and the braided straps on her sandals. An oval base is included. Quantities are limited--recommended!
