This is an injection-plastic ship model kit.
Another fine addition to Aoshima's "Iron Clad" series of 1/350 ships, the 5,500-ton displacement IJN light cruiser Tama. The full-hull kit depicts the Tama as it appeared in 1942 or 1944. Includes a fret of photo-etched metal parts for the single 25mm AA gun bases, 25mm twin AA gun mantlets, rear deck stanchions, propeller guards, and life preserver racks. Also includes a nice display stand.
