This item is a fixed-pose soft-vinyl (PVC) figure kit. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.

The artificial being Cell in his gruesome first form is represented in realistic detail as this excellent catcher-prize PVC figure! Cell comes in prepainted parts that can be easily popped together to complete the model. The blue parts on his forehead and chest are made of clear plastic for even greater realism!
