This item is a completed and painted, fixed-pose figure. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.

Kagami Hiiragi from "Lucky Star" brushes her hair aside with one hand and looks a little uncertain. Her adorable sailor uniform, with its big pink bow on the blouse, just accentuates her own natural cuteness. She stands about 19cm tall when posed on the enclosed base. Sculpted by the renowned Takeshi Miyagawa of T's System--add this winsome figure to your collection now!
