This item is a completed and painted, fixed-pose figure. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use. 18cm high.

As seen in "Welcome to Pia Carrot 3," this gorgeously prepainted PVC figure of Aizawa Tomomi is dressed in a floral mint Pia Carrot maid costume and set in a cute welcoming pose. She comes with a tray and a custom display base with a beautiful wording of "Welcome to Pia Carrot 4th" imprinted on the round base.
