This is a fully completed and painted figure.
The mad-genius artists at PansonWorks have gone completely crazy--now they're mixing it up with the characters from Buichi Terasawa's iconic "Cobra" series! Here's Cobra himself, rendered as only PansonWorks can--cute and cuddly-looking, yet with his psycho gun firmly in place (and his cigar, too, of course). This soft-vinyl figure is blister-packed, and is about 11cm tall.
