This is a die-cast metal and plastic military vehicle model.
This is a very nicely finished die-cast 1/48 display model of one of the most recognized tanks ever, the venerable M4A3 Sherman medium tank of the US. This particular model represents "Houston-Kid II," a 105mm-gunned Sherman of the HQ Company, 756th Tank Battalion, in Germany in February of 1945. The markings are accurate and the olive drab finish is masterfully applied. Nicely weathered, too! Comes mounted on a plastic base with nameplate, and is almost ready to display (commander's cupola hatch and machine gun must be attached to complete...very easy!). Also includes one crewman and two infantrymen, extra tracks, and stowage.
