This item is a completed and painted, fixed-pose figure. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.

Octavia from "Tears to Tiara" is in a battle-ready swordswoman's stance! An interchangeable arm and sword handle part allow you to pose her either about to draw her sword from its scabbard, or wielding the sword. A base is included. This young lady might look sweet, but be prepared to defend yourself!
