This is a fully completed and painted figure.
Kaho from "Sister Princess" lifts a hand and laughs a little as an unexpected breeze catches her skirt and her hair. This PVC figure of an iconic character was originally released as a garage kit in 2003--and now she's fully assembled and completely painted! She's about 18cm tall, including her heart-shaped base.
