This item is a series of gashapon (capsule toys) or trading figures depicting characters or people. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.

Check out these super-cute little trading figures from "Hiiro No Kakera"! There are seven characters from this game--Takuma, Mahiro, Yuuichi, Suguru, Shinji, Ryou, and O-chan--plus two secret figures, for a total of nine different types to trade and collect. The figures have magnets so they can be displayed just about anywhere! Sold by the randomly packed box of nine.
