This is a series of gashapon (capsule toys) or trading figures depicting characters or people.

Three of those legendarily underclad "Queen's Blade" warriors--Airi, Nanael and Melona--are in peril! There are six versions of these highly detailed figures--one of each of the girls, in Player 1 and Player 2 colors--and two secret figures, for a total of eight different possibilities to trade and collect. Each figure is approximately 10-12cm tall. Sold by the randomly packed box of 8.
