This is a completed toy designed for children and/or collectors.

The Sun Pirates' ship is now a charming bank! Some simple assembly is required (photo-illustrated instructions are printed on the box), and you can deposit coins into the ship's "fish mouth," and make withdrawals by opening the hatch in back.  Includes tiny figures of Fisher Tiger, Jinbei and Arlong!
