This item is a completed and painted, fixed-pose figure. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.

Famed artist Shiro Masamune is known the world over for his illustrations of tough, gorgeous women--and here's his latest creation, Shion Hyakkisho! High heels with scrollwork, thigh-high stockings, bondage-influenced clothing (what there is of it), tattoos, and two huge guns held at the ready mean this fightin' female is not to be ignored! She stands about 21cm (8 1/4 inches) tall on her included base. Gorgeous!
