The AVIA FL.3 was a training/touring aircraft of the late-30s that was widely used in the pre-war and wartime period, and even more widely used post war. This kit is a simple yet very nicely done representation of the type, with crisply molded injection plastic pieces supported by a vacuform windscreen and excellent decal sheet. Surface detail is very nicely done, without an exagerrated fabric effect. The interior is also very nicely detailed, as are the exposed engine cylinders. decals are for 2 aircraft, #8006 of the Croatian A.F. Flying School at Zagreb and the Italian regia Aeronautica Flying School at Falconara in 1941-42. While RS Models are "short-run" kits, it is honestly hard to believe that looking at the parts. RS Models kits are easily on par with the major makers, and the level of detail provided will make them really stand out, even to the "flashlight brigade".
