This item is a completed and painted, fixed-pose figure. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.

Rei ties up her semi-transparent white pareu in preparation for a fun summer time at the beach! She comes dressed in her white bikini outfit with a semi-transparent top and carries a pink shoulder bag. Her torso is made of soft material with added baby powder to feel even smoother to the touch! This 18cm finished figure comes with a display base.
