This is typical proof of German's technically too-elaborate designs for the military vehicles, seen in pre-war vehicles. This light 6x4 truck adopted a gorgeous double wishbone suspension with inline coil spring shock absorbers, connected by bell cranks for the rear wheels. Most military trucks have simple reef spring or coil spring suspension, not as comfortable but easily-produced. This kit was originally produced in 1976, but the details are very fine.
