This item is a posable action figure of a character from science-fiction/anime. It does not require either cement or paint to complete or use.
Based on its appearance in the "Ghost in the Shell: S.A.C. Solid State Society" film, here's a sharply detailed Tachikoma action figure accompanied by an in-scale PVC Major Motoko Kusanagi figure! Part of the Wave High Advanced Model (W.H.A.M.!) series, this articulated AI walker/tankette features ball-jointed limbs and comes with two optional "snout" attachments (a 50mm grenade launcher and a gatling gun), plus a set of four interchangeable tires for its feet. A display base is provided for Major Kusanagi.
