This is a posable action figure of an item from the Gundam universe.

A Robot Damashii MS-06 Zaku II!  Yay!  Bandai gives us plenty of weapons for this bad boy, such as the Heat Hawk, Zaku machine gun, Zaku Bazooka, leg missile pods, Fausts and the Zaku II can carry all of these thanks to the 'Hard Point System' designed into the figure which allows all weapons to attach to various parts of the body.
