As with their amazing set for the Yamato, LionRoar has pulled out all the stops with this incredibly comprehensive super-detail set for the 1/350-scale Takao kit. You get replacement turned-brass barrels for all main- and secondary-battery guns, as well as replacement resin turrets for the five main turrets. Also included are resin deck details, and a whopping nine sheets of the highly detailed photo-etched parts for which LionRoar is famous! These parts include all the railings, ladders, hatches, deck lockers, light AA mounts and shields and turret details needed to properly "clutter up" the deck and superstructure. Also includes a beautifully crafted and very classy metal Takao nameplate. This is not exactly an inexpensive set, but you sure do get what you pay for!
