This is an injection-plastic kit of a science-fiction/anime item.

From the manufacturer:

A "Moonbus" kit was originally released by model kit company Aurora in 1969. Due to the faithful reproduction and sophistication of the kit, it was said to be the company's best masterpiece. Aurora closed shortly afterwards, and the original mold suffered some damage, resulting in a long 40 years without the kit being reproduced. Moebius have now recreated this astounding model in a completely new mold based on existing kit parts in order to reproduce the original kit faithfully!

Every aspect has been carefully reproduced, even down to detail parts and interior. Two pilot figures, and three passenger figures are also included. In addition, the front window (which was often noted as the only weak point from the original version) has been redesigned with parts of the correct size and shape.
