This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
From the Revell website:
Spitfire fighters helped to break German air supremacy one dogfight at a time. By late 1944, however, they were beginning to run out of German aircraft to fight. Many were pressed into a ground attack role. There, they helped wreck German supply lines and hit strategic targets.
This kit features detailed Mk.IXc wings with guns, detailed cockpit and instrument panel, detailed radiator, rotating 4-blade propeller, optional bomb load, detailed undercarriage, and decals for a Royal Canadian Air Force and a Royal Air Force version.
