This is a die-cast metal, plastic or resin display car model.
Here's a beautifully finished die-cast metal model of a Nissan Leopard as seen in the Japanese movie "Matamata Abunai Deka" ("Still More Dangerous Detectives"). This is the "Minato #3" car. Comes on a nice custom base, with a clear plastic cover to help keep it free of dust and fingerprints. This version features a splash of bullet holes down the side, and even on the case (rendered with decals--not real holes)!
