This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
From ICM comes a 1/48 scale kit of the Heinkel He-111H-6 North Africa, WWII German Bomber.
In the beginning of the 1930's an idea appeared in the world of a high-speed bomber that could outstrip contemporary fighters. One of the objectifications of this conception became the twin-engine bomber He-111 designed by German Heinkel Flugzeugwerke AG Company.
Since May of 1941, He-111H-6 planes were produced with liquid-cooled Jumo 211F-2 engines with increased power, with VS11 wooden wider horde propellers and more powerful armaments. This variant could carry SC 1800kg bombs or two LT F5b torpedoes externally.
The He-111H-6 was the most produced variant of Heinkel's medium bomber. Approximately 1800 aircraft were produced up until the end of 1942. These bombers saw service on all fronts as level bombers, torpedo bombers, reconnaissance aircraft, transports and mine layers.
This kit includes 325 parts, and has a length of 344mm and a wingspan of 471mm when completed. Glue and paint are required to complete the model (not included).
