He has sewn-on wooden buttons to evoke joints, his muzzle is an off-white to evoke an old, well-loved toy, and his blood-stained claws and mouth evoke...uh...yikes! About 26cm (10 1/4 inches) from rump to eartips, he's another twisted Gloomy Bear offering from Taito!
