Description
This is a tool for use in model assembly.
These wire cutters come with built-in protection from sending your wire flying when you cut it! The additional metal pieces on the inside of the blades help catch your wire when you cut it, so the newly-cut piece doesn't fall or fly out of sight.
Can be used on the following materials with maximum diameters as listed below:
- Brass wire: Up to 1.2mm
- Copper wire: Up to 1.2mm
- Iron wire: Up to 0.8mm
- Plastic wire: Up to 2.0mm
May also be used to cut zip ties, vinyl wire, nylon wire, and miscellaneous threads.
These nippers are not recommended for cutting plastic parts from runners, and are not guaranteed to catch anything besides cut wire.
