Enjoy some deliciously spicy hot curry in a tasty, richly flavored sauce made with red wine!  It's rated 4 out of 5 on a spiciness scale. To prepare: 

  • Saute your choice of chopped vegetables (onion, carrot, potato, green pepper, etc.) and meat in salad oil.
  • Add 600ml of water and bring to a boil.
  • Add the boullion paste packet, and simmer for about 15 minutes at medium heat.
  • Remove from heat, break up the curry sauce cubes and add them to the rest of the ingredients; then simmer for another 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
