This is a train model which is meant to be operated on standard model railroad sets.

This amazing train set levitates and runs with magnetic force, just like the real train of the same name, and is the first toy train of its kind! Eliminating the friction of wheels on rails means it can reach a breakthrough scale speed of up to 500 kilometers per hour!  Voice announcements complement the Linear Liner as it speeds around the track, through the train station, over the bridge and through the tunnel.  Charge the train at the station for 30 minutes for 20 minutes of running time.  The four train cars float about 2mm above the track, and are propelled by a combination of high-speed magnetic sensors and propulsion magnets, just like the real Linear Liner!  (Guide rollers have been added to help keep the train in position on the track.)  

Includes one train with 4 cars, a control station/charging point, 6 straight rails, 2 half rails, 8 curved rails, 18 bridge legs, one bridge, one straight tunnel, and one curved tunnel. Power is provided by an AC adapter, and 10 AA-sized batteries (not included), plus an internal Lipo battery.
