This is a posable action figure from the Revoltech series.

The newly-introduced EVA in the "Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance" anime movie is now receives the coveted Revoltech treatment as a hyper-poseable action figure! Standing about 17cm tall to the top of its shoulder fins, this four-legged mech sports 23 points of articulation. It comes with its lance weapon, an interchangeable gear for its weapon, and a custom display stand with joint arm.
