This is a train model which is meant to be operated on standard model railroad sets.

Scheduled to retire after its last run in March 2024, the SL Hitoyoshi is now available in the Plarail lineup.

The SL Hitoyoshi, a tourist train that commenced operations in 2009, has been running on the Kagoshima Main Line between Tosu and Kumamoto since May 2021. The locomotive pulling the train is No. 58654, a vehicle manufactured over 100 years ago in 1922 (Taisho 11).
