Sherman with tiger markings that was active in the Korean War

This 1/72 scale painted plastic model assembly reproduces the M4A3E8, an American tank that was deployed at the end of World War II and continued to be active after the war.

About the actual vehicle:.

The American M4 Sherman tank was the main tank for the Allied forces in World War II.

It was mass-produced by taking advantage of America's industrial production capacity, and was also provided to Allied countries such as the United Kingdom and Canada.

Various improvements were made to the tank during the production process, and many variants of the tank exist.

One of them is the M4A3E8.

The M4A3E8 has a welded chassis with a simplified design and improved productivity, and a long-barreled 52 caliber 76.2 mm M1A2 tank gun mounted in a cast turret.

The suspension is a horizontal spiral spring suspension HVSS with a wide 23-inch wide crawler.

The engine was equipped with a Ford V8 gasoline engine.

It remained in service for a long time after the war and was the main tank of the United Nations forces, mainly the U.S., along with the M26 Pershing and M46 Patton in the Korean War.

About the model:.

This is a 1/72 scale plastic model assembled and painted model of the American M4A3E8 Sherman, also known as the Easy Eight.

The model reproduces the markings of the vehicle of the 89th Tank Battalion, which fought a fierce battle in the Korean War in 1951.

The model features the basic Olive de Love paint scheme with an illustration of a large red and white mouth and eyes painted on the front of the vehicle body.

The powerful markings that were often seen during the Korean War are attractive.

Of course, the cast turret and welded bodywork give the model a strong presence even in 1/72 scale.

The turret is realistically reproduced with its shape and cast texture.

The machine gun mounted on the turret is also realistically modeled to enhance the finish of the turret.

The upper part of the vehicle body is also well represented weld marks.

The HVSS type suspension, whose structure is reproduced in multiple parts, tightens the footing of the vehicle.

The markings that intimidate enemy soldiers is a remarkable model.
