This is a completed toy designed for children and/or collectors.
Tomica presents the fictional "Hyper Blue Police" series: sharp little die-cast models of cool police vehicles, complete with stern-visaged yet cute figures that can in no way fit inside the vehicles they are packaged with!
This set features the patrol car "Blue Pheonix," apparently a Lamborghini Countach type high performance car (no indication on the packaging) decked out in saucy Hyper Blue Police regalia.
Please note that the photos shown are of a prototype; the production version may vary. Also, figures such as this are mass produced and as a result some inconsistencies in finish and painting may occur; these are not considered manufacturer's defects.
