When painting plastic models indoors using spray cans or airbrushes, a strong odor can be a major concern. The thinner in the paint turns into a fine mist, evaporating quickly and spreading a strong smell throughout the room. Using a spray booth and good ventilation can help reduce the odor. However, opening windows to ventilate can cause temperature and humidity changes during hot summers or cold winters, making it challenging to paint comfortably.

The "Deodorizer" is a deodorizing device designed to capture and neutralize the strong odor of organic solvents scattered during spray painting. The built-in deodorizing filter is made from a special treatment agent developed for chemical terrorism countermeasures. This technology, used in industrial paint shops, has been redesigned for home use in model painting. It effectively breaks down unpleasant odors that have spread in the room, helping to create a cleaner space and reducing stress for family members and neighbors. It also shortens ventilation time, minimizing changes in temperature and humidity while effectively deodorizing.

The "Deodorizer" neutralizes and deodorizes the strong smell of organic solvents produced during spray painting. Not only for modeling, but it also effectively deodorizes pet and tobacco odors. The airflow can be adjusted in three levels, allowing for efficient deodorization while minimizing the impact on heating and cooling efficiency in winter or summer. The volatile solvents are sucked into the Deodorizer, pass through the filter, and react with the treatment agent inside, neutralizing the odor before it is released. The Deodorizer can circulate and release the air of approximately 30 tatami mats in about 15 minutes.

Simple and easy operation

The control panel on the top of the unit is touch-based, allowing for easy operation with just one touch. In addition to turning the power on and off, you can control negative ions, adjust intake speed, and set a shutdown timer. The simple design with easy-to-see icons makes the current status clear with LED indicators. The airflow can be adjusted in three levels, allowing for quieter operation at night by lowering the intake speed. The automatic shutdown timer can be set for up to 3 hours, making it energy efficient by stopping unnecessary operation when you're away.

Energy-saving, low-noise DC motor

The Deodorizer's blower unit uses a DC motor, which allows for fine adjustment of airflow and consumes less power than AC motors. This product is designed to save energy and, by deodorizing the room in a shorter time than regular ventilation, it minimizes the impact on heating and cooling efficiency and humidity changes in winter and summer, contributing to electricity savings.

Easy maintenance with washable pre-filter

An aluminum air filter is installed at the front of the "Deodorizer" to remove dust and debris. This prevents clogging of the clean filter, extending its effectiveness. The air filter can be removed from the main unit, washed with water, and reused, making it economical.

Note: This product is a deodorizer, not an air purifier for removing PM2.5.

Better environment with negative ions

This product is equipped with a negative ion generator. The released negative ions bond with dust particles in the air. As bonding continues, the heavier dust eventually falls. By removing dust with solvent odors using the Deodorizer, it effectively deodorizes the space, creating an optimal environment for painting.

Replacement Deodorizer filters, vacuum-packed for long-term storage, are also available. As the filter's performance gradually decreases due to repeated chemical reactions, we recommend regular replacements.

Replacement frequency varies depending on the environment.

It is possible to deodorize without ventilation, but we recommend using ventilation to extend filter life.
