This is a completed action toy designed for collectors.
What a warehouse find! Just the right size for classroom antics, this itty-bitty skateboard was produced by Bandai back in 1999. Only 9.5cm (3 3/4 inches) long and decorated with a couple of very intimidating-looking characters, it has rolling wheels and an attachment to make it easier to manipulate with your thumb (and if real skateboards had an attachment like this, my skater career would've been a lot longer than it was...). A ballchain is also included so it can function as a keychain. Quantities are extremely limited, so act fast!
