Description
This is a Japanese roux for making curry sauce and other sauces.
Enjoy some delicious curry in a tasty, richly flavored sauce made with red wine! It's rated 2 out of 5 on a spiciness scale, for a mellow mildness that you'll love. To prepare:
- Saute chopped onion and meat in salad oil.
- Add 600ml of water and bring to a boil.
- Add the boullion paste packet, and simmer for about 15 minutes at medium heat.
- Remove from heat, break up the curry sauce cubes and add them to the rest of the ingredients; then simmer for another 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
