This is a Japanese roux for making curry sauce and other sauces.
Enjoy some deliciously spicy hot curry in a tasty, richly flavored sauce made with red wine! It's rated 4 out of 5 on a spiciness scale. To prepare:
Saute your choice of chopped vegetables (onion, carrot, potato, green pepper, etc.) and meat in salad oil.
Add 600ml of water and bring to a boil.
Add the boullion paste packet, and simmer for about 15 minutes at medium heat.
Remove from heat, break up the curry sauce cubes and add them to the rest of the ingredients; then simmer for another 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
