The medium and hot varieties are made with bhut jolokia (ghost peppers) -- which are 400 times spicier than Tabasco, clocking in at more than more than 1 million Scoville heat units (SHUs). In other words, this is some seriously spicy stuff!

This product contains 1 packet of premade curry. This version is made with two ghost peppers!

Preparation (stovetop): Place the sealed packet into boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Serve over rice.

Preparation (microwave): Empty packet contents into a microwave-safe dish or container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat according to your microwave's instructions.
