No, it's not a military jet fighter. It's the newest Mecha from Muv Luv, the F-18E Super Hornet. Like all revoltech figures the Super Hornet has some amazing amount of articulation and an incredible level of detail.

Also, figures such as this are mass produced and as a result some inconsistencies in finish and painting may occur; these are not considered manufacturer's defects.
